Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer. Mighty Machinery, a member of SCMC Group since 1980, operates three in-house factories in Chengdu, China, producing transmission chains and conveying systems. We also cooperate with vetted partner factories to offer complementary products under one roof.

What are your main products?

We manufacture industrial roller chains (A and B series), leaf chains, hollow pin chains, attachment chains, double pitch chains, stainless steel chains, sprockets, and conveying systems including belt, slat top, mesh, roller and modular conveyors for agriculture, mining, oil & gas and marine industries.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, sample orders are welcome. Samples are available to test our quality before you commit to a bulk order. Sample lead time is usually 3-7 days, and the sample cost can be deducted from or refunded against your first bulk order.

Do you support OEM/ODM and custom branding?

Yes. With 20+ years of OEM/ODM experience, we provide custom branding (logo marking and custom packaging), custom sizes and materials, and private-label production. Custom logo marking is free for bulk orders.

How do you control quality?

We are ISO 9001, CE and SGS certified. Our quality control follows a 3-stage inspection process: incoming material inspection, in-line inspection during production (first-piece inspection, self-inspection and patrol inspection), and final inspection before shipment. Products are manufactured to ANSI, DIN and ISO standards.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (wire transfer), Alibaba Trade Assurance, credit card, Western Union and MoneyGram. Flexible payment terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.

For standard chains, the MOQ is generally 100 meters per size; for conveyors, one unit. For custom or OEM products, the MOQ can be negotiated based on your specifications.

What is your lead time?

For in-stock products, shipment is within 3-7 days. For production orders, lead time is usually 15-30 days depending on quantity and specification.

How do you ship, and what are your shipping terms?

We ship worldwide by sea, air and express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms, and can arrange export documents and customs clearance for you.

How can I track the status of my order?

After order confirmation, we will send you production photos and updates at each stage (material, production, finishing and packing). Shipping documents and tracking numbers are provided once the order is dispatched.

What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Any quality issue will be handled promptly with replacement or compensation.
